2025 ANNUAL MEETING SCHEDULES

ASOR’s 2025 Annual Meeting will take place November 19–22 at the Hilton Boston Park Plaza and online via Zoom. The meeting will be hybrid with both in-person and virtual participation over these dates.

The 2025 Annual Meeting will begin on Wednesday, November 19th. The ASOR registration desks will be open from 2:00-8:30pm for in-person attendees to pick up their name badges. The Exhibit Hall will open at 4:00pm. ASOR’s President and Executive Director will open the Annual Meeting at 7:00pm and Dr. Timothy P. Harrison will give the Plenary Address.

Academic Sessions and Workshops will be held at the Hilton Boston Park Plaza and via Zoom on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 8:15am to 6:30pm EST.

Celebrate ASOR’s 125th Anniversary at the Annual Meeting!  Join us after the academic program ends on Saturday, November 22 to celebrate ASOR’s 125th anniversary. We will be kicking off a festive evening with dining, entertainment, and ASOR themed activities. View the event page here.

Corrections and Changes

Program Presenters: After April 1 it will not be possible to edit abstracts in the Online Platform. Please fill out this brief form (link coming soon) to make any necessary corrections or changes to your presentation title, abstract, presentation format, affiliation, or co-authors.

ASOR Annual Meeting Mobile App (AVAILABLE IN SEPTEMBER) 
ASOR is pleased to provide the 2025 Annual Meeting Mobile App as the primary way for registered attendees to follow along with the academic program, view abstracts, create a personal schedule, network with attendees, and get the latest Annual Meeting notifications. Registered meeting attendees will find instructions for downloading the app in the ASOR Online Portal under the 2025 Annual Meeting / Schedule.

Online Program and Virtual Attendees
Registered attendees can view the Online Academic Program and attend any session/workshop via Zoom using the ASOR Online Schedule.  Please note you will need to login into the ASOR Portal prior to accessing the Schedule. Early Career Scholars’ Reception – Friday, November 21, 2025
Early Career Scholars are invited to attend a reception from 8:00-10:00pm at Off the Common in the lobby of the Hilton Boston Park Plaza. There is not cost to attend, but advance sign-up is required.
