100% scholarships available—due to COVID-19, and thanks to ASOR’s generous members, anyone with a need may request a full or partial scholarship for virtual meeting registrations. E-mail asor2020@asor.org with requests. We are committed to meeting 100% of requests. Please purchase your membership BEFORE registering for this event to ensure that you receive the discounted member rate.

Did you previously register for the Boston meeting?

• Transfer your registration—choose one of the following two options:
  1. Do nothing and your registration will be transferred: Your previously paid fee will be applied to the virtual meeting registration. The difference (if any) between the two rates will help ASOR cover our increased costs of the virtual conference and for scholarships.
  2. Request a credit to your ASOR account for any overage: E-mail asor2020@asor.org by August 25, 2020
     • Credits can be used for any future ASOR purchase
     • Alternatively, you can request a refund check* for the difference

• Cancellation / Refund: If you do not wish to participate in the Virtual Annual Meeting, we ask that you cancel by choosing one of these three options. Please send your request to asor2020@asor.org by August 25, 2020.

  2. You may request a credit to your ASOR account (future memberships, meetings, etc.)
  3. You may designate the registration fee as a donation towards scholarships

We are waiving the usual administrative fees on registrations made prior to June 30.

Refund Policy

ASOR is waiving the usual administrative fees on refund requests for registrations that were made for the in-person meeting. Requests for in-person meeting refunds must be submitted to asor2020@asor.org by August 25, 2020. For Virtual Meeting Registrations, a $25 administrative fee will be assessed per registration. Requests for virtual meeting refunds (registrations made after July 22nd) must be submitted to asor2020@asor.org by November 5, 2020. ASOR will process refund requests as promptly as we can.
