Special Notice Regarding US Travel Restrictions
ASOR understands that US travel restrictions recently imposed on immigrant and non-immigrant citizens of Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen may still be in place in November and that these restrictions may be expanded to other countries in the region, making it impossible for colleagues from these countries to attend the ASOR Annual Meeting.
If you are concerned about registering in advance for the Annual Meeting because of potential travel restrictions, ASOR will work with you to permit registrations at the reduced Early-Bird rate closer to the meeting dates. For Students Enrolled at an ASOR Member Institution
If you have any problems receiving the discounted rate, please call ASOR member services at 857-277-0417 or email asormemb@bu.edu. Alternatively, you may complete the printable registration form above and send it to the ASOR office.
Refund Policy
All refunds must be requested in writing by September 15, 2017. A $75 administrative fee will be assessed per registration. Refunds may be processed after the meeting and will be issued by February 14, 2018.
Registration Desk Onsite
The ASOR registration desk will be centrally located at the meeting. All those pre-registered should come to the ASOR registration desk to pick up their name badge and the final meeting program, which will include the abstract book.
